SilverMaple is a senior living home appointed with all the modern amenities and is at the heart of growth west of Houston. Our home is 3,300 square feet, features nine bedrooms, within a few feet of the community park and lake. We have a sunny kitchen, a spacious gathering area, unobstructed views in the backyard, direct bathroom access for most bedrooms, personal TVs, an in-house salon, and more.

What is your resident-to-staff ratio?

Our home can house up to 12 residents with 24/7 caregivers on-site. Each shift has at least two caregivers, so each caregiver cares for no more than 6 residents. This is unlike the big box facilities where a resident could be among 30+ other residents that each caregiver is responsible for per shift. This is one of the best care ratios in the industry and reflects our commitment to a family-like atmosphere and personalized support.

Yes, we use CarePredict, an award-winning wearable technology for residents and staff: The system has the ability to detect and alert us on the early signs that indicate a need for actionable intervention, such as UTI, depression, risk for falls, etc. It also has a built-in wander management logic, customizable for each resident. Families find comfort in the technology’s real-time and historical location mapping, giving insight to their beloveds’ interactions and amenity utilization, and our staff’s responsiveness to their calls for help and the time spent with them.
